This User Agreement is a contact between you ('the user') and From Pictures to Portraits™. They will apply to all interaction between you and From Pictures to Portraits™.
Your address and email will not be shard with any third party for the purposes of advertising, data mining, self promotion, or any other business reasons. Your name may be used for the purposes of self promotion.
By giving us your address and email you are consenting to receive communications from us.
The contents of this site are copyright of From Pictures to Portraits™. All files submitted by you must have the consent of the copyright holder. By agreeing to these terms you are agreeing you have received the consent of the copyright holder. The copyright holder does not transfer ownership rights of the original, but does give From Pictures to Portraits™ license to use the work as portfolio work unless client (the term 'client' refers only to users who have requested and paid for services) requests otherwise.
All Prints ordered from From Pictures to Portraits™ are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to user upon delivery to the carrier.
All digital transactions are done through a third party and you will need to read their Terms of use in addition to our own. Transactions made by check or money orders
From Pictures to Portraits™ is not responsible for the content of external links. From Pictures to Portraits™ are also not liable for any damages caused by Third Party Plugins or discontinuation of services by Third Party Plugins.
Time constraints will be determined at the evaluation phase. At this phase no work has been done and no agreement has been reached.
